アメリカ・インディアンたちは通貨にしていた貝殻玉を、
このようにしてサイフがわりに持ち歩いていた。

*The wampum string is a string with beads on it.
The beads were used by the Indians as money.
The wampum string was used by them like we use a wallet
to carry our money.
